I went to my work for overtime from 8 am until 3 pm.
After working I went to the gym and worked out my back and shoulders.
Afterwards I went back home, had dinner and spoke with Eddy on Facebook, he went to "le plan d'eau du Canada" for a footing with his dog.
He does a training of Plumber heating engineer at the moment.

I made a cider damage.
Today I left the paper to void the pension in the office.
Ant paid for my lunch because I won the bet.
Also Oliver is not well and went to the hospital again.

Bad rate today only 77 % confused because I worked hard.

I had made my own lunch because canteen is closed on Saturday, I ate brown rice, tuna with a bowl of fruits and a gainer protein.
Supervisor asked us for overtime tomorrow but came back to me to said they are full and have enough guys for working tomorrow.
I am knackered and need rest.
