Private part is the part between knee cap and navel (belly-button) which also surrounds the genital area.

Nobody, except for the spouse of the person, is allowed to see this part. it is prohibited for the stranger men to look at women’s bodies except for their hands, faces, ankles and feet.

Touching is a further level after looking and therefore it is forbidden for you to touch and massage women.
