He has significant experience in manufacturing companies, in banks and consulting firms which have contributed to the establishment of a significant cultural knowledge and skills that have allowed him to hold positions of top manager.

In particular, he has developed and consolidated leadership skills and an incisive ability to achive targets.

As part of the procurement management of a large company he has acquired experience in forecasting and budget control by managing annual averages amounted to € 700 million.

As part of the project management of a large company working on contract he has gained solid expertise in the estimation of all types of costs (global cost), in the preparation and review of large purchase and sale contracts, in the organization of the operational structures, in managing complex projects also of international scope (medium projects managed annually about 40, medium run economic value per year € 1.100 milion.) Serving as deputy general direction of a large company he has acquired the expertise necessary for the overall business management (economic value run average per year € 1.100 million; the average employed approximately 3,000 employees.

The decision to proceed with the resolution of family problems related to the health of a child, resulted in the suspension of managerial activities and choosing to focus on the design and implementation of an autism treatment method ( global care) and a suitable care center to implementation of the same.

This new direction has resulted in the assumption of responsibility of the President of the Association of xxxxxxx and therapeutic center.

The number of patients has increased from 10 to 30 and the budget allocated by the xxxxxxx to the care of that disease from about 300,000 Euros per year to about € 800,000.

Free in collaboration with the xxxxxxxxxx, he is processing the study for the construction of a center for training and the starter to the care of autism and rare genetic diseases in xxxxxxx.

Currently he conducts business management consultancy for some clients involved in corporate restructuring playing the role of General Manager.
