  • Today I' cooked borshch.
  • Firstly I boiled meat cut into cubes in 2 litres of water.
  • It took an hour.
  • Then I added potatoes cut into slices.
  • After that I cut into strips carrots and onions and fry vegetables wih oil.
  • Added pepper and garlic.
  • Stew them 2 minutes and added tomato paste into the vegetables.
  • I put lightly fryed mass into the pot with tender potatoes.
  • Add beens and cabbage.
  • And boiled it for 7 minute.
  • When it cool down we will taste it.
