I have recently read a book called “Transformation” and has been written by Mary Shelley.

This short tale tells us a story of a boy who has the opportunity to be rich and blessed by a wonderful wife but wrong choices and his bad attitude leads him to sad ending, solitude and exile.

Guildo is the main character of this work and he is a young boy full of energy, joy and anxious to discover new places.

Our character lives the easy life with luxury and without controlling.

But when responsibilities came and he had to marry with his lovely bride he refuses her and her father’s bride terms.

At this point of plot, Guildo burns into rage and selfishness and tries to kidnap his bride and kill his father’s bride but his plans don’t work and he is forced to abandon his natal village.

Alone with nothing and without friends our main character wanders through sea shore where a storm is playing and boat with 5 passengers are sinking on the deep ocean.

In middle of this situation he comes across with dwarf who looks like mysterious and powerful creature.

This supernatural creature proposes him a change, an irrefutable treat.

The dwarf offers him his magical treasure if both exchanges their bodies for 3 days, afterward each one will come back at their natural body and our character after considers it deeply he accepts it.

At the ending of this story, Guildo learns a very important lesson because the true dwarf’s plan was to get marry with his recent separated bride’s Guildo.

Our character stopped him in last moment and he changed his mind as I said previously but his bad mind and immature acts led him to a situation of desolation, solitude and despair.
