In according in this article, they talked about the gangs in America.
The kids are belonging of their father, uncles...as did their offspring.
These gangs reign is violence to improve their status and power in every cities.
The solution would be to stop the politicians to talk about the races when they mean these geographic areas who are stricken by drug gangs dealing.
They would be better to rehabilitate theses cities and to create recréational places for kids forward they become the wannabes.
The poverty, the bad family conditions and sometime child without parents push them to enjoin a gang.
At Réunion island, there are an hided market and deal of cannabis called zamal.
There are very little hard drugs.
Some people grow and sell zamal for money.
Fortunately, we haven't got crime or violence about that.
When the police intervenes, they can past some years in jeal because it's prohibited.
The cannabis can product wrong effects if you use it too much.
The wise advice would be to not smoke it if you're a beginner, and to remain in the pleasure if you're an accustomed.
Better quality than quantity.
