For example, you can get lots of vitamins eating fruit and vegetables.
If the product is healthy and useful, you should add it to your ration.
People should eat 4 or 5 times a day.
You have to have a good breakfast.
For example, porridge.
I like porridge and drink a cap of tea for breakfast.
I don`t drink coffee because is bad for the heart.
For lunch, it is better to eat carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, fruits, meat and others.
Usually, I can not have lunch.
My student`s life doesn`t allow me this.
It is very terrible.
For diner, it`s great to eat vegetables, meat, turkey, bananas.
In general, you need to eat foods with magnesium and calcium.
I prefer to cook burgers, chicken, dumplings or potatoes for dinner.
As a rule, cooking is as easy as a pie.
In the end, I can say that if you stick to this diet, then you will not have health problems.
