Hello Polyglot !
I really don't know what can I tell you aha so, I will say you my life (which isn't interesting).
I've just finished my sport ! I'm so tired !
It's an apply which works the abdos, the squats and the arms !
It's a good apply, and I make sport everyday except one, it's my rest day.
Without it, I think that I already be dead.
After my sport, I'm feeling good and better than before like someting has changed.
But all it's in the head.
