- Discrepancies between the discussed issues present distinct types of understanding and obedience towards the established law.
- Although both authors regard firmly to revolution and every of them approve disobedience of the society, they point out different justifications of it.
- Following the idea of Thoreau, the rebellion is acceptable only in two cases.
- One of them is when the government force people to collaborate with injustice and the second one when the people suffer under the unfairness.
- On the other hand Martin Luther King indicate a discrimination of black people and misuse of the law.
- It bases vicariously on ignorance and a hidden abuse of the clarity, although tension itself should be crucial in development of the society.
- Accordingly to both of the texts an individual is a creature, who formal groups govern and manipulate.
- Thoreau highlight that every individual has to cope with justice and injustice law and consults that supporting injustice actions in an indirect way is blameworthy.
