The textbook considers an elementary psychology and pedagogy of a higher school and its basics, matter, problems, psychological and pedagogical aspects of personality formation and development of students and school groups in the institutions of higher education.

The subject of the textbook reflects the main conceptions of a human resource development in the higher school, the theory and practice issues of organizing and realization of the educational process, the issues of pedagogical culture forming and development in the higher school, as well as its basics of research activity.

The textbook is made in accordance with the requirements of Federal State educational standards of personnel training of higher qualification.

It is intended for postgraduate students who study for a basic educational program, students who study for basic educational programs master and young professors trainings.
