This monograph offers the results of author’s research of intellectual potential problems of the sociological study of students’ intellectual potential, factors of formation and perspective development of students’ intellectual capacity of today Russia, which shows the specifics of the formation and development processes of the intellectual potential of modern Russian students.

The researching made identifying of perspective areas of students’ intellectual capacity, identifying of specific measures related to the students’ involvement into research and other intellectual activities of universities possible for the author.
