Do scientists actually know what they are doing?

Although it is being criticised, spending public money on space exploration also has some great advantages.

Since the world's population is increasingly growing, we ultimately have to find alternative areas to house everyone.

Space exploration offers the opportunity to discover new planets on which the human kind may live sustainably.

If you take in consideration that it is the task of the national governments to offer a sustainable live to everyone, it is not a bad idea to search for new places to live elsewhere in the universe.

Since the national governments are involved in the issue of an increasing population, spending public money on space exploration is not a bad idea at all.

Another advantage of spending public money on space exploration is the collaboration between different countries in order to gain further understanding of the universe.

In this era of globalisation such an opportunity to strengthening bounds between countries must not be ignored.

Not only do we tackle a social problem with this solution, but we also get a better understanding of the universe surrounding us.

Whilst taking in consideration to spend public money on space explorations, I believe favourable consideration should be given to the scientists who want to discover new places to live for human kind.

The lack of collaboration between certain countries of course is a problem, but I believe that the overpopulation is a more severe issue.
