With the accomplishment of the writing that follow we pretend to investigate of the problem of so-called “marriages of convenience”.
The aim is to find out whether the treatment offered to marriages between two Spanish or between a Spanish and foreign is the same.
To achieve this goal, we will study the evidence to determine that a marriage is of convenience and the legal effects they produce.
Also we analyze registry control in the various forms of civil or religious celebration.
Finally we will study if these marriages research conducted and interviews are constitutional. Sandra
