I am writing to express my concern about my lost suitcase that happened in my recent airplane travel with your airline.
I had had a flight to Tehran with your plane last week.
Unfortunately, my suitcase lost in destination and that was not delivered.
That was very unexpectedly from this famous and great airline but, it happened to me.
Although, I contacted your representative and notice them my suitcase is brown and contain cloths with Important documents and they told me I could deliver it in 2 days but, I did not get any update from the suitcase after a week.
I regret to inform you that your service was below my expectation and I am sorry to selected your airline to travel.
I believe this matter deserve your urgent attention and I hope you can settle this situation.
However, I want to know what did your colleagues do to resolve my problem until now?
