We caught a train to Birmingham then Liverpool for 8:30 am.

Liverpool is an ample space city quite lively with several monuments including museums as the Merseyside Maritime Museum and the International Slavery Museum that we've been visiting and captivated.

Every directions around us were attractive and we struggled to make a decision.

Also many pubs for all tastes and budgets were available, busy, quiet or died easy to find.

Liverpool was the port of registry of the ocean liner Titanic.

The Titanic may have had Liverpool painted on its stern but the ship never visited the city but Liverpool's contribution to the ship was substantial.

About 90 members of the crew came from the city, including the two lookouts who spotted the iceberg.

Titanic, then the largest ship in the world, left Southampton for New York on Wednesday 10 April 1912.

With her crew of 892 she carried 2,208 people in all.

Although she was little more than half full, her 20 lifeboats could only carry about half of the people on board...

We went in a restaurant and Grant was really hungry, we had beef and pork rib with chips and a glass of rum, the meal was expensive.

I slaughtered my thumb in the toilet because the locker was jammed and I jerked my hand on the side to raved it and hit my thumb on a sharpening part of the locker...

I bought bandages afterwards.

After lunch we walked in the street and took pictures, we went to both museum.

Then we went to two different pub had a drink each.

We stepped back to the train station and waited for our train outside.

We found a phone on the floor and gave the loss to the police inside the train station.

I got home at 11:30 pm and was exhausted.

Liverpool is also the birthplace of the band The Beatles, Albert Dock is the world’s largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives and times of The Beatles.
