So many genres in music and each one with their own taste, but what is important is what the beat and/or the lyrics makes us feel.
For me, it depends on my mood, but I prefer music with good lyrics most of the time.
But if it is for dancing, the beat and the rhythm is what matters.
I really enjoy instrumental music, specially when it comes about saxophone or violin.
