My way to de-stress
- Hard time, a lot of things in my messy head, don't find good solutions and becoming a little bit crazy.
- Music out loud with my headphones and run!
- This is the best medicine for me to destress.
- Not thinking something else, just music flowing in my mind and sweat; sweating the problems and getting a clear head, so when I come back to my house and get a shower, I can think with feet in the ground and with logic
