I am writing to lodge a number of complaints during a flight to Florida and back with your company Ocean Air.
Although everything happened as arranged in your leaflet, there were a lot of problems in the flight which I would like you to know them.
Firstly, as I saw in your advertisement published in a magazine of the national airport, you offer 4 flights a day.
The day I took the flight to Florida, all of the flights had a late boarding.
I had to wait at least more than one hour in the airport.
This wait made me lose the bus I had to take in order to arrive to the hotel in Florida.
Therefore, I took a taxi which supposed to pay more money.
The seat I booked was very comfortable and wide as you offered.
However, the staff during the flight was rather rude, the contrary that you tendered in the leaflet offering friendly staff.
On the other hand, I specially booked the flight with your company because I am vegetarian and I always have a lot of problems in order to have lunch during the flights.
But I was disappointed when you did not have a special diet for vegetarians as you offered in your advertisement.
To top it all, I would like to tell you that there was not the latest entertainment in the flight.
I was bored to stiff because you put on TV plane a film that I have already seen very recently on TV.
Thus, due to all the troubles I encountered during both flights (the food, the boring film, the rude staff and my loss of money with the bus and the payment to the taxi-driver), I am entitled to some kind of compensation and as far as I am concerned, Ocean Air company should take steps to prevent this situation from arising in the future.
