In the first instance my expectations were face to the internship an insight in the tourism business.
Furthermore, I wanted to test my language skills in English and French.
In general, I was interested how the management of a company proceed because you never know how much work this implies.
But I wanted also to have an insight in the job of a hotel practitioner to find out if this job is appropriate for me.
Moreover, I wanted to learn new things and try to implement the learned theory in practice.
It was important for me to have customer contact, to see, if I am able to handle with strangers.
I expected a great working atmosphere due to the ability to work in a team which is one of the most important focal point in the hotel industry
