I like to use online assessment tools such as Socrative in order to know the pupils progress and receive an immediately feedback that let me be aware of their weakness and specific needs.

With this information I prepare the lesson for the next day to adjust the lessons to the pupils’ knowledge.

For instance, I develop a lesson plan about Mitosis where the students had to watch a video at home from Edpuzzle and after that, pupils complete a test on Socrative where you can check their progress.

The next day at the school the lesson is focused on their doubts and team work.

Working in this way facilitates self-learning, self-assessment and consequently personalized education.
