The number of people suffering from type 2 diabetes is increasing all over the world.
That's very difficult for them to be on a diet, however, if they want to live a long life they must become sensible eaters.
Firstly, diabetics must exclude fast food and high sugar food from their diet and also limit fat food.
Even though the main objective of diet is to lose weight, a person with diabetes shouldn't be hungry.
So, they need to have at least five or six small meals a day.
And it's very harmful to them to skip meals.
Each subsequent eating has to be smaller than previous.
They need to include raw vegetables, dairy, homemade healthy food in their diet.
They also need to exercise every day to feel better.
