I've found a file on English words usages which include synonyms and it highlights 'a supposed right' definition for each term.

Although I got really confused because the words are too similar in meanings sometimes, E.g: Abandon- Leave - Forsake- Relinquish and Desert are the exact same words in Spanish: "Abandonar"; obviously, it has synonyms too but they have the same semantic patterns 'in Spanish'.

I abandoned my routine, She left her friends apart.

deserted the university after the exams period.

I was compelled to forsake every commitment purposed when I realized what had happened.

The king relinquished his throne after being accused of raping.

I wonder if those sentences are okay.

Please, correct me if necessary.

I've studied English for coming up on 2 years now and I still need a lot of vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation improvement.
