Today I attended into a small course about holding project's decision meeting.

We were learned that 4 important points have to remember: 1. making the meeting's goal need to achieve. 2.

Sharing project information. 3. Discussing. 4.

Find out the decision.

We were played a game to apply 4 above points.

We have 10 people, split into 2 teams.

With each team, my teacher gives a paper with difference information to each member.

We have to read in 2 minutes, my paper has many many text, but basis information is: we are on the plane traveling to America in our holiday, I'm sleeping and I am woke up by noise.

- My teacher said: ok, time out to reading, let's meeting.

My group captain started saying: our plan have serious problem, it's going to fall.

We will fall on a desert, we will parachute jump to exit, we (our team) need to choose 5 things in list have 10 things.After discussing (in 8 minutes) we given 5 things: water, map, compass, light clothes and a book about animal and plant can eat on desert.

My teacher saw our list things and said: seeing to those things, I think you want to move to nearest village, but it can not help you survive.

My teacher start asking.

- My teacher: Did you choose to go to nearest village or stay there and wait rescue?

- We: no, we didn't discuss about that.

- My teacher: You just choose 5 things? - We: yes.

- My teacher: Do you know that nearest village far from there about 100km?

- We: No, we didn't know.

- My teacher: This information is in one of your paper.

- We: oh, really?

- My teacher: Yes, so you only choose staying there and wait rescue.

The most important thing you have to choosing is the make-up mirror. - We: oh! ..............

After above game, we realized that we lacked 2 important step (1. making the meeting's goal need to achieve and 2.
