What I think about health
Hi, I'm a studied who lives in Spain.
Now, I'd like to talk about eating unhealthy food because I think it's an important issue nowdays.
For me health is something you need to care, you could fall ill if you don't look what you eat or not eat.
In my case, I running everyday so I think I'm in great shape.
However, I often eat a lot of fast food because I think it's easier than cook your own food.
I know that's not healthy and that's the reason I'm trying to eat less junk food.
On the other hand, food has changed in the last years and junk food is cheaper and faster than healthy food.
Maybe this would change in future or maybe not, but I wish our habits about food can be better than now in the next years.
To sum up, we should improve our healthy habits trying to eat more vegetables.
