A person who is fluent in a foreign language can easily work as an interpreter.

I believe that a fluent level if foreign language is not enough for work as an interpreter.

However, I think that if person wants to be translator he will ought to get the university education on this speciality and he will be able to take this job.
All in all, I want to say that I respect any of job but I think that everybody must be a professional, skilled and competent specialist.
