The real cause is eating too many calories by eating high-sugar or high-carbohydrate diet, but this kind of food yield profit.

Nevertheless, fat can prevent us from eating too much.

On the contrary, carbohydrates and sugar give the sensation that the stomach did not had a full meal, which lead to eat more.

A healthy meal is not tasty enough, that's why food industries add a lot of sugar.

Genetic, psychological and metabolic factors are not the causes of obesity, however all bodies react differently to a same diet.

Even a lot of excercices can not burn a lot of calories.

There are few ways to avoid the deadly consequences of obesity : tiny portions and healthy food.

At least, if healthy food is too expensive to be bought, the bad food should be reduced.

Dietitians and psychiatrists will help people to learn thow to eat and cook proprely.

A simple obesity strategy should be planned saying that obesity could be deadful but is free to cure.
