However voracious it sounds, I wouldn't agree with the above mentioned idea.

Unfortunately, a man who has fluent level of foreign tongue cannot do all of the given above.
In conclusion, I want to say that studying of foreign language is difficult task.
Man must choose the teacher wisely.
