  • How did I start to run . . .

  • When I was a college student, I got started to feel a needing.
  • I want to exercise, but I didn't know what kind of sport could do, so I thought about running.
  • I had never considered it as a sport, but this activity didn't require a special equipment, it's a cheap sport, beside I didn't have another special talent.
  • When I began to run, I felt so tired, I just did five turns around of a track nearby to my house, then I couldn't do more, I was exhausted and also remorseful.
  • Back then, that suffering actually it became little by little in a joy, somethin really addictive to my life . . .
