Today, i am going to introduce you to the best friend ever ! he is hot, he smell good and he is cheap though. we all trying to save money here . so let me introduce you to KEBAB The theme today is «  why would you eat a « grec » from a Turkish Restaurant Usually call it « kebab » , it is a meal that contain grilled meat, you can find it in a lot of country but it found its base in the ottoman and persian world nowadays young people consume a lot of what we call here «  kebab » or «  grec » .

Greece and Turkey are not the best friends of the world so why when you want to eat something call « grec » it is in a turkish restaurant .

« Grec » that means greek in french is not the best known name in france for these sandwiches .

Its usually served in bread with salad, tomato and ognons in it and some french fries and a drink . you can eat all that for only 5 or 6 euros which is why it has been successful with young people .

Considered as a junk food the kebab sandwich was invented in nineteen-seventy-one by Mehmet aygun , a turkish MAN born in 1956, living in Berlin .

But he is not the only one that claim that he invented this recipe , there is Kadir norman an other turkish man living in Berlin but much older. he received the award for this invention but unfortunately he didn’t make money out of that .

so as i said you can find a «  doner » restaurant in a lot of country so you have plenty of choice for your menu . so you have the classic one …….

Then you have the «  i am classy » one and you have the «  i’m hungry im going to take the bigger one » this one have cheese in the bread But this 3 sortes of « kebab or grec » dont help us about the name of the sandwich so in the light of the information we have in our hands we read an article about it and the man interviewed the boss of the restaurant « pacha kebab » one of the best in PARIS . about the denomination of this sandwich he said that he did not knon where it come from, but he dont cares because «  grec or kebab » it is the same .

finally , the conclusion of all this is that whatever the name im steel eating this . ok JK nobody knows where the confusion came from . but the important thing is that it is healthy AF .
