In my company, we have z big trouble with productivity which is sinking from day to day.

I'm preety sure that the root of this trouble is the staff's way of working.

Our turnover have decreased these times.

My company Turabi Dreams is a tourism agency which offers many trips to tourists, so we have four boats which permit tours of differents islands, and we have three buses for those who want to stzy in the city and want to discover it from top to bottom.

We have also a kind of "center of weight loss" because most of turists comes in my island for a weight loss, given that the environnement, and the climate there permit it.

At the very beginning, my company was flourishing, but I notice this drop mostly these last months.

That's the reason why I'm going to set up a plan of action with the aim of change the way of working.

Above all, I'm going to propose foreign languages classes to my staff (especially for those who are in charge of receiving clients.

They are already speaking in english and french, but there are turists other than french and english there).

For woman staff, I will put up the working clothes system and will told them to be more careful with theur presentation.

For example to parfume themselves, and wore make-up, even if it means to offer them parfumes and make-up or hire a hairdresser for them.

Hope that with this plan of action, my company will flourish again!
