Children permissions
- I think both opinions are quite valid.
- However, the second point seems more reasonable for me, although I would make some restrictions.
- It's true that children need to be in touch as well as adults, but the difference is that they have to be supervised about what they do, I agree with the idea of children having smart phones but they mustn’t have complete freedom over this kind of devices or any other electronic one (such as computers for example).
- A very suitable example is when children are outside and their parents are not there, this is a very good time to own an Smartphone because if something happens, such as an emergency, children would have the opportunity to call their parents and help them with their needs.
- However, if children are at home, this is a complete different case, if they are with their parents there is no reason for them to have smart phones, under this scenario parents should take their children's smart phones and give them back when the former situation comes out.
