  • Physiological respiratory cardiac arrhythmia

  • We analysed the difference of the cardiac rhythm between inhalation and exhalation.
  • We used an electrocardiogram (ECG) to check if there was any difference of the duration of the beats per minute in each period.
  • The results we obtained were 98,1 bpm during inhalation and 65,4 bpm during exhalation.
  • This demonstrates that there is slight change.
  • In inhalation the heart beats quickly than in exhalation.
  • This is the phenomenon called arrhythmia.
