they say that to have more people working in the same topic reduces time and carries to make risky decisions, because of they are feeling confortable performing things which themselves proposed. similarly they are more confident and express their ideas in familiar way. but this position have a lot of people against who support this point of view based on the late consensus when the team is to much large and that could be a hierarchy inside the group and only few people would be taking control in to decide important topics and they would not keep in mind the other members. on the other hand, there are people who do not work enough or equally to the rest of members but they recibe the same benefits from group-well-done work. companies in favor of work teams argues a “shiny” group is more significant than an individual because recognizement is for everyone.

in conclusion, work with other people improve the production in companies and in the same way it develop individual skills which result in a common benefit in groups of work.
