Smart City
Usually at the European level the concept of smart cities aims the role of Information and Communication Technology and the Internet of Things.
In order to consider a ‘Smart City’ we look if at least one of the following characteristics seeks to address public issues via ICT solutions: Smart Governance, Smart People, Smart Living, Smart Mobility, Smart Economy and Smart Environment.
