This internship report is the result of my work in the Natural Reserve of Saint-Brieuc.
The objective of this internship was to do an inventory and a cartography of the algal communities in the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
During this inventory, I listed 32 sea-weed species in the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc, including 7 ochrophytes, 17 rhodophytes and 7 chlorophytes.
I identified 10 other species at Tra Hillion.
I catographied four major seaweeds from the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc.
From the assembly structure (CAH & nMDS), I analysed, I compared the common species in the different stations.
The steps of this study are described in more detail in this report.
This is the first inventory and the first cartography of seaweeds communities in the bottom of the bay of Saint-Brieuc, which is very important because on the future it will allow us to observe the dynamics of evolution of seaweeds communities.
