We have made 3 points, first we talked about the place of animal in the Civil and Penal Code and we saw that animals are always things despite this law who says that animals are sensitives.

Then, we noted that it is necessary to avoid the extreme with this law, because pragmatism and good sense commands to punish infractions against humans must be more harshly than infractions against animals.

Finally, we explained that this law concern more domestic animals and not really wild and farm animals, and the reason of her adoption is so open to criticism.
