Daily routine
Well,my story about my darling sister.She name is Dasha.
The daily routine of my sister is ordinary and nothing special.
She gets up at about 7a.m.first what she do,she has a glass of water.
Then she takes a shower and has a breakfast.Dasha always has for breakfast only healthy food, it is could be oatmeal or eggs, and a cup of green tea.
She goes to work by public transport.She is a manager,she works in the office.She frequently sitting on the work that is why she should eat not much.
For lunch she usually has light meal, it is may be vegetables with chicken or some porridge.
After work my sister go to a gym.She is training hard there.
Dasha dont smoke and hardly ever drink alcogol.
I think she has more healthy life than a lot of people in the world.
