It's important for high school students to study compulsory subjects, even if they doing see any need for them in the near future.
It is a common knowledge that nowadays pupils believe that there are a lot of needless subjects in school.
Thus question is aroused heated debates.
From my point of view, the exictence of the compulsory subjects is a necessery condition of good education.
Indeed, the mandatory subjects give students the knowledge, which is necessary in different areas of activity.
For exampke, Mathematics, Literature, Russian Language and History are considered the compulsory subjects at the schoold of the Russian Federation.
It is quite readonable because these subjects are needed in the different parts of the life of a Russian citizen.
Moreover, high school students arenot always sure of their future career.
So, how can they choose which subjects is needed?
Thanks to the mandatory subjects they have the opportunity for becoming different specialists.
Some opponents might say that compulsory subjects take a lot of time, which can be usedfor studying the specialized subjects.
For example, you want to be a doctor.
So, yoi need to learn Biology and Chemistry.
But you have to study Literature, which takes five hours a week, which can be used for studying your profile subjects.
To a certain extent, it is right, but we should not forget that a school gives pupils secondary education.
To sum it up, I want to say that people should be very educated nowadays.
So, you should learn everything.
