Having a computer at home helps their children to get a better education.
Nowadays, most people use computers for their studying.
Some people think that having a computer at home is useful for getting their children a better education, while others claim that computers distract their children from studying.
In my opinion, computers help children in their studying.
Firstly, students have to write a lot of essays and reports.
Thanks to the Internet and computers they can find necessary and actual information for their works.
Secondly, nowadays, people have the opportunity for self-education.
It means that children can study more subjects than they have at schools, and they can become an enlightened and high educated persons.
However, some people believe that children use computers only for entertainment not for studying.
In their view, pupils waste a lot of time, playing computer games, watching movies instead of doing homework tasks.
Personally, I do not agree with the above opinion.
I am convinced that not allpupils use computers onlyfor entertainment.
Most of them use it for getting a better education.
In conclusion, I believe that a computer is a very useful invention, whichhas greatly changed our life.
We use it for many purposes, and getting a good education is one of them.
