I did an internship in a town hall.
This course started on March 13th and ended on March 17th.
The type of organization is a local authority.
Its purpose is to satisfy the general interest and has a non-profit.
Its legal status is a public administration.
This organization has financial resources (grants, borrowing, participation of inhabitants), human, material (premises, offices, computer tools ...), intangible (know-how, software ...).
Its field of action is local.
Its sector of activity is tertiary and local.
And its mission is the production of good and service and the management of public areas.
The head of the organization is Marie-Thérèse SIKORA.
In the town hall of Saint-Eloy Les Mines the territorial officials are: the administrative services, the general director of the services and the technical services.
I did my internship at the reception.
During those days I sent passports and identity cards to the prefecture and the sub-prefecture.
Then I answered the phone.
I made a certificate of inheritance is an act of death.
This year it is the elections of the presidents so I put the electoral cards in envelope.
Then I learned to edit reservations for associations.
This organization with rituals likes for example every morning the mayor and the director will say hello to the employees.
And the employees will do the same.
A typical day of the organization of an employee at the reception takes place like this: First she receives the mail and deposits it on the office of the mayor.
Then the mail goes to the general manager's office.
Then it returns to the reception and an employee records it in the registers to have a trace.
Finally when it is done it goes to the post office or it is distributed.
And then they answer the phone inform the users and make for example passports identity card ...
In conclusion this internship I liked.
I learned a lot of thing and it allowed me to open myself thus be less shy.
