There are a lot off differences between American school and Belgian school.

For example: the sport or the teaching approach but there are also common point as the Canteen food or the extracurricular activities.

First, the sport takes a big deal in many American Schools, as football.

There are a lot of competitions between different schools or towns.

I agree with that because the intention is obviously to generate enthusiasm.

Moreover, the US approach to teaching is radically different from teaching in Belgium.

The pupils works in their pace and the teachers are very supportive!

I find that is a good way to develop de capacity of the pupils.

Naturally, there are also some common points, indeed, the school lunch in my school is very awful and in the US there a lot of fat food.

I find that is not good for the health.

American students have the opportunity to take part to a lot of extracurricular activities, as football, swimming, baseball, theatre, etc. I find that is a good way to discover our capacities.

To conclude, American school is not enough a learning place but a place where the study can discover the other and work in their pace.

It’s also important that the student find his place in the school.
