It's for an important oral exam.) In United States and especially from 1892 to 1924 , 20 million immigrants came through Ellis Island station .
Since 1600 ,there are 60 million of immigrants , they came from 10000 cities, villages and ghettos .
Between all this different types of immigrants we can quote a christian family who fled religious persecution from Turkey .
Usually immigrants came to United States to reach a better way of life .
What does the new Etatsunians expect from their adopted country ?
Firstly, We shall see why the immigrants choose America as their destination and the difficulties they endure and secondly, their integration.
Finally we will think out the fact that the american dream is still an exemple .
