I own a small and compact, but very cozy house in close proximity to the city.

And also I own a two bedroom apartment, in which I prefer to live in the winter.

In the apartment itself there is nothing interesting, so I'd rather talk about what my summer residence looks like.

First, I would like to tell you about the place where it is located.

My hometown is a well-known all over the country resort primarily due to sources of mineral water.

If you look at it from a bird's eye view, then you will probably get the impression that it is like a cup, which is formed by a mountain massif.

And now, on one of the mountain elevations, at an altitude of about 1200 meters above sea level, I and my wife built the house of my dreams, as I call it.

It has two floors.

On the first floor there is a kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom.

The entire second floor is one large room that performs many functions.

This is the bedroom and the playroom for my daughter, as well as the place where my family spends most of the time when it's raining outside or the weather does not allow you to be in the backyard.
