A dream!...

It was only a dream!

I get off my bed, my brain is confused, scramble with this dream.

It seemed so real!

I tried to forget it and get myself ready as quick as I can.

It's gonna be two day delayed at work now and I'll be on fire if it happens.

I ate up my breakfast as quick as I could, put my bag on and walked to work quickly...

I did message my love on my way but got no answer.

Perhaps she's still sleeping...

I can't wait to tell her about this dream... or nightmare I should say.

Today was another typical day as usual.

Typical until this phone call that I would never heard of my life...

My girlfriend's mum rang me to say Claire is strongly asleep and nothing can wakes her...

She phoned the doctor who should be there in a few...

I began mute...

Was my dream really a dream or was it the reality?

Why do things happen as they do in dreams?

When the night has fallen I've decided to phone my girlfriend's mum again.

I did not get any better news and what she said froze my blood.

Apparently Claire would not wake so easily, specialists talks about a sleep paralysis that went wrong...

According to the doctor, she has been checked and she is clearly conscious but unable to move and for some reason they cannot take her out this condition.

She is transferred to the medical centre for further analysis.

I got pissed-off again and denied the current situation!

But nothing that I can do, this has happened and all I am now thinking about is to get my girlfriend back to the real world!

Two days later...

The specialists has followed her condition during the last twenty-four hours and she seems to act as a normal sleeper but can't get up.

She does sleep cycle but when it's time to get up she stays jammed on sleep paralysis...

She has been injected medicines to wake her up but nothing works.

Her mum has spoken to a specialist of oneirology who says that the only solution would be to raise awareness Claire that she is actually stuck in the land of dreams and for that somebody needs to synchronize his dreams with her own, find her in her dream and aware her so she could realise the situation and decide to wake herself up.

I was volunteer to be medicalized and did not hesitate for it.

I'll do everything to save her, I can't live without her and let her in this situation.

I had to speak with the medical team to make sure I was aware about the risks of such an experience.

They say that there's a risk to me to get paralized aswell.
