Many issues happen in university affact students daily life and study.

Some universities like to hire experts to make decisions like how many hours that libraries should be open each day and what kinds of foods should be severd in cafeteria, while some universities will let students to make decisions.

In my opionions, I prefer to make decisions by students since they live and study in the university and also they can help the university to save money.
