  • The aim is to describe the managerial culture of DIPROCHIM and the decision-making process in this company on the other hand, it analyzes the association between the management process and the decision-making process in DIPROCHIM's company.
  • The assumptions state that the introduction of a managerial culture makes it possible to improve the quality of the company.
  • The data used were collected from 28 randomly selected probabilistic staff.
  • According to this population a survey of opinions was carried out.
  • The presentation of the DIPROCHIM staff data was retrieved from the DAP Administration and Services Directorate and indicated that (80) people work at DIPROCHIM or the majority are male, aged between 25 and 55 years and over, Their seniority varied between 5 years and more than 31 years which means the existence of new and experienced senior executives.
  • For the results of the opinion survey of managerial culture has responded to the research hypothesis that says the company needs to introduce a new managerial culture in order to improve the quality of the company.
  • The results of the executive interview with the manager say that the company is in the process of being certified by SGS of the quality management system iso 9001 vs 2008.
  • For the results of the survey of the opinion or of the data of the decision-making questionnaire, they indicate that in the DIPROCHIM enterprise the decision-making process is of type of tactical decision which engages the company in the medium term ( From 2 to 5 years).
  • Decisions are made by senior managers.
  • These decisions are infrequent, unpredictable.
  • This calls for a review and the introduction of a new decision-making and improvement process.
  • At the end the SWOT analysis, informed us about the strengths and weaknesses of the company as conclusion it assures us that this company is undergoing development and periodic review.
  • Through the results of this study we hope to improve the DIPORCHIM company by introducing a new managerial culture, and this concerns the decision-making process.
