The true is I didn´t have idea of english
I am from Costa Rica a bilingüal country, but this asseveration isn´t true.
The people of my country don´t speak any language despite the fact that the education promove the learning of english and french languaje.
The english teach from primary and the french teach in high school or secundary, but the really are that the private education takes the lead in the formation of students bilingüal.
