Hello, My name is Leonardo, I'm Colombian and i live in Argentina (Buenos Aires) 4 years ago, I'm working in Telecentro (a company of telecomunications), I want to learn english beacuse i want move me to other country and a lot of the companies needs people with high level in this idiom.

In Canada, spain or many countries is the same condition.

I'm using "duolingo" and this application say "you have 43% of fluidity" but i don't feel it....wait, textual is possible but not speaking.
