I’m a first year student at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 studying a Higher National Diploma in Corporate and Administrative Management.

I would like to apply for a semester in the Dawson College.

With this letter I will convince you that I’m the perfect student to go to Dawson College in Montréal.

I always have been interested in Management, logistic, languages and marketing.

I always wanted to add an international dimension size to my university course to reach my goal which is to work in humanitarian in a global scale.

I choose GEA in order to acquire some knowledge on all the aspect of management.

I think that going at Dawson College will be a great addition to my studies.

This experience is seen as a personal and profesionnal enrichment.

It’s a way to develop even more my skills, my autonomy and it’s a value-adding to my future carrier.

Moreover Dawson college is going to be a very important step because I would like to oriente myself to a north american university after my diploma.

Besides, my character and my nature require new discoveries.

This need is driving by my taste and my interest pronounced for other culture works and cultural differences.

Moreover the challenges of living and accepting different working practices, surviving without my usual support network of family and friends will increases my resourcefulness and resilience.

It will also makes me more marketable to employers.

Montreal has been named the world’s best city for the students in the QS Best Student Cities 2017.

The encounter and research I performed really made me enthusiastic to discover Quebec.

Montreal is a mix of 21st century business infrastructure with and European Old charm.

Which makes it an ideal destination for me since I have a positive attitude and an open-mind which again allows me to interact with people from different cultures.

Also, Dawson College education is provided in english.

It will be very usefull for me to practice my english knowledge because I dream to be trilinguial in french english and spanish.Dawson College could make my dream come true.

Moreover I already went to USA where I’ve worked for an american family as a babysitter for a summer.

I use to make back and forth beetwen Lyon-Bruxelles-London to see my friends that I meet on the social Network Instagram.

When it comes to meet other people from other country I’m very sociable and enthusiastic.

I’m really familiar with the English world.

At the moment I’m interning with SABIC, a Saudi Arabian corporation global leader specialised in petrochemical in Morocco.

The internship is conduct in english.

I also think that I will be able to represent the IUT Lyon 1 fairly well in another country.

I’m very confident with our college and I enjoy the program.

Therefore I think that I will be a good ambassador for the IUT Lyon 1.

In addition I am very positive about our university, I am satisfied with my program so far and I really like our campus.

It became clear to me that the University is really trying to give us an opportunity with this parternship beetwen Dawson College and IUT Lyon 1.

I really want to put an international dimension in my future carrier.

As long as I have always been surroudend by diversity ; My education is europeen, I grew up in a Mediterranean family, and I want to pursue further studies in north America.

Because of all these reasons, I think that a semester in Dawson will be interesting and value-adding to undertake into the humanitarian world.
