Honestly, I can not say that I'm a big fan of restaurants or other establishments of this kind.
Most likely, this is due to the fact that in the city where I live, 99 percent of all restaurants are designed for tourists, who in turn want to plunge into the atmosphere of local color and traditions.
To be clear, I must admit that I live in a city located in the North Caucasus.
This multinational region and, accordingly, the theme of any restaurant is associated with any of the nationalities living here.
The basis of the Caucasian cuisine is fried meat on the coals - shish kebab.
Meat is traditionally used any: lamb, beef, pork, horse meat, chicken.
By the way, it is worth noting that the nationalities professing Islam, do not eat pork.
On the second place in importance after the meat are spices, they are used for cooking a huge amount, as well as a variety of, sometimes quite unpredictable combinations.
Red hot pepper, tender mint, fragrant cardamom and coriander, spicy basil.
Returning to the statement that I do not like to spend time in restaurants, it is worth noting that I like the dishes of Caucasian cuisine by myself, but I do not like what is happening in the restaurants themselves.
It is customary for us that extremely loud music played the insanity.
If it is still alive, it means a high-level institution.
Further, it is considered the norm that people here drink alcoholic drinks and dance as if they were evil and urgently need to call an exorcist ...
In general, I'm not a fan of this kind of entertainment.
I prefer pacific and establishments where you can sit quietly in silence chat with a good conversationalist.
